IBTM Americas will take place on August 21th and 22th, 2024, at Centro Citibanamex in Mexico City.

The event will be held in HALL D (Exhibition Hall Level).

General visitor, buyer, and hosted buyer access is free of charge.

However, there is a one-time non-refundable cost of $5 USD to apply to the Hosted Buyer program.

The exhibition floor is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

However, there are different activities outside the exhibition hours.

There are 4 participation levels in IBTM Americas, and each level includes specific benefits during your participation:

Entry with personal photo or video equipment such as cell phones and non-professional cameras is allowed. Professional recording and photography equipment must be accredited as press to enter the event.

The event does not provide internet service. However, if you require internet access during your visit, you can directly contract it at the ADDITIONAL SERVICES office of Centro Citibanamex:

Wireless internet in common areas, with profiles of up to 512 Kbps and up to 1024 Kbps (Purchased per device per day, the key is non-transferable between devices).

Yes, the venue offers different options:

OPTION 1 - FOOD TRUCKS

You will find a variety of fast-food options.

Located within the exhibition hall of IBTM Americas "Hall D", find them between the JUKE BOX Stage and the HOSTED BUYER Lounge.

OPTION 2 - FAST FOOD

Quick food options with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes.

OPTION 3 - DELI-CAFÉ

In the main exhibition corridor, you will find coffee stations accompanied by sandwiches, cookies, donuts, and a delicious variety of beverages.

OPTION 4 - RESTAURANT GALERÍ

Located on the exhibition hall floor, Restaurant Galerí offers à la carte or buffet service with high-quality original dishes.

The coat check service is exclusively available for Hosted Buyers, so we recommend you make necessary arrangements for your belongings.

The conference program on our website will indicate the number of credits offered for each session.

To obtain credits for each conference, you must attend the entire session.

Your badge will be scanned upon entry to each conference, and at the end of the session, you will be asked to complete a brief survey. This is how we validate your attendance at the conferences you participated in.

Between September and October, you will receive an email with the credits you have earned during your visit.

Yes, in the week following the event, you will receive an email asking for your assistance in completing a survey. Once you complete the survey, you will be able to download your certificate of participation.

Yes, after the event, the presentations and recordings of the conferences will be uploaded to our website. You will only have access to the presentations and/or recordings of the speakers who have given prior authorization for their publication.

The conferences presented on the IBTM Americas Stage, ENCORE Stage, and JUKEBOX Stage will be recorded. However, they will only be published if the speaker authorizes their dissemination.

Go to the registration booth in Sala D, where the organizing committee will assist you in generating your badge. However, we recommend that you print your badge before at home or at your office to avoid any inconvenience and expedite your access to the event.

The access e-badge for VISITORS and BUYERS will be available 1 month prior to the event in your account created at the time of registration for IBTM Americas. You can access your account with your ID and PASSWORD through this link:
