- One 120 V / 1000 W double outlet is included for every 9 m² contracted, up to a maximum of two double outlets per contract. We suggest reviewing this to confirm the information and familiarize yourself with the features of your package.

The person registered as the primary contact for the booth will receive an email containing the access link to the exhibitor portal and profile (Exhibitor Hub). The username will be their own email address, and the password will be one of your choosing. *In the event that the primary contact has changed, Customer Experience must be notified.*

Important Points Regarding Assembly
- Evacuation Deadline: All rooms must be completely vacated every night by 10:00 PM, without exception.
- Stands with institutional or customized setup with RX SOLUTIONS: August 18, 08:00 to 22:00 Managed by RX. Subject to prior validation with the team.
You will receive an email containing the link to register your badges, with your user accounts already preloaded for activation. The deadline to complete registration on the platform is August 10, 2026.
You must request them through your Customer Experience representative or register on-site (at Centro Banamex) during the event days. To avoid delays and lines, we recommend completing your registration before August 10.
On August 12, 2026, every registered contact will receive their exhibitor badge via email (at the same address used for registration), to be printed from home or the office.

Please check with your stand provider to confirm whether they already hold this policy (most stand construction companies include it). If not, your company must obtain it through an insurer of its choice. This policy is a mandatory requirement for all companies, with the exception of those that contracted their stand directly through RX (the organizing committee).
Yes, insurance policies are mandatory for all exhibitors. This provides you with coverage against any incident arising from your participation in the event.
Yes. It is mandatory to enter with safety gear: a safety helmet and closed-toe footwear.
Entry to the venue will be via GATE 4, designated for exhibitors and setup crews requiring to unload materials, stands, equipment, or products. Access to the unloading docks is subject to available capacity.
Wired and wireless internet service is provided exclusively by Centro Banamex.
Exhibitors are not permitted to install wireless networks of any kind.
No. This service is exclusive to the venue and must be contracted directly with Centro Banamex.
Should the venue or committee detect the entry of outside food or beverages (including catering services), a penalty may be applied based on the prices stipulated by the venue.
Yes. Please consult the prices in the Exhibitor Manual (page 85). To make a payment, present your exhibitor badge at the booths located at the back of the hall (next to the restrooms).
Yes. All personnel entering and/or remaining in your booth and on the exhibition floor during the event must wear their exhibitor badge at all times.
Yes. It is mandatory to wear your exhibitor badge. Additionally, your installation company must generate its own badges in order to enter the venue.
If you require electrical installations different from or in addition to those included by the Organizing Committee, you may request them—at an extra cost—at the Additional Services Office at Centro Banamex.
The committee is responsible for cleaning the event's common areas. However, each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning their own booth. If you require additional cleaning services for your space, you must arrange them directly with Centro Banamex or handle them yourself.
You may enter two hours before the event begins, but only if you are wearing your exhibitor badge.
