However, pre-qualification for the Hosted Buyer program incurs a one-time fee of $5 USD, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The exhibition floor is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Access with personal photo or video equipment, such as cell phones and non-professional cameras, is allowed. Professional recording and photography equipment must be accredited as press to enter the event.

The event does not provide internet service. However, if you require internet access during your visit, you can directly contract it at the ADDITIONAL SERVICES office of Centro Citibanamex:

Wireless internet in common areas, with profiles of up to 512 Kbps and up to 1024 Kbps (Purchased per device per day, the key is non-transferable between devices).

Bringing food and drinks is restricted, but don't worry, the venue has various dining options:

The coat check service is exclusively available for Hosted Buyers, so we recommend you make necessary arrangements for your belongings.

During the following week after the event, you will receive an email requesting your support to complete the survey. Once you complete it, you will be able to download your participation certificate.

You will only have access to the presentations and/or recordings of the speakers who have given prior authorization for them to be published on our website.

The conferences presented on the IBTM Americas Stage, ENCORE Stage, and JUKEBOX Stage will be recorded. However, they will only be published if the speaker authorizes their dissemination.

IBTM Americas does not provide daycare or babysitting services. Any registration, proof, or badge is valid only for industry professionals. Additionally, a valid identification will be requested at the registration area where your badge holder will be provided.
