What is?

IBTM Americas is the international trade show for the meetings and events industry where the decision makers connect and do business across North America, Latin America, Europe and beyond.

Has the show been rescheduled because of COVID-19?

Our priority is to safeguard the health of all who participate in the event. IBTM Americas, scheduled to May 27 and 28, will now take place to August 26 and 27, 2020 at Centro Citibanamex. This action was taken following extensive consultation with all stakeholders and in alignment with the advice from the Mexican public health authorities regarding travel to and from impacted countries, and in addition to public authority advice to restrict gatherings of 1,000 people or more.

Where and when will take place?

It will take place to August 26 and 27, 2020, at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City, located at Ave. Conscripto 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

Our exhibition floor will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we have conferences and content that schedules may vary.

Do I have to pay an entrance fee to attend the exhibition?

Access is free but you must meet the visitor profile of the event.

How do I register as a visitor for the exhibition?

Online pre-registration can be found on our website.

How can I acquire my badge?

If you registered early, you'll receive your confirmation through email, you only have to print it and go to the registry to print your badge, and you'll be ready to enter the show.

What does the visitor registration include?

Your badge will grant you access to the two days of the show, including demonstrations and congress.

I’m having issues processing the confirmation, what I do?

Make sure you are not trying to register a second person under an email that is already linked to an existing visitor. If the problem remains, please write to info@ibtmamericas.com with as many details and screenshots as possible, so we can help you out.

I received an invitation, what should I do?

Follow the instructions detailed on your invitation and register accordingly; if you have any further question, please write to info@ibtmamericas.com including screenshots or a picture of your invitation to better help you out.

Can I attend to the event as student?

IBTM Americas is an event of business for MICE professionals. So, the participation of students is not allowed.

Can I park my car at the venue?

The venue has parking service at a rate of $32 MXN per hour, and a maximum of $160 MXN in case of exceeding 5 hours of stay. The enclosure also has a valet parking service.

How can I get a parking invoice?

The venue services can be billed online here www.centrocitibanamex.com/es/facturacion/ or by sending your tax information and the scanned ticket to soporte.facturacion@centrocitibanamex.com You can also call the number +52 55 5268 2000 Ext. 5864, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Is there age restriction?

For their safety, access to minors, including children and babies, is not allowed. We do not have childcare services onsite. 

Any registration, voucher, or badge is valid only for professionals over 18 years; you may be asked for identification to corroborate it.

Are pets allowed?

Access to pets is restricted; however, access to duly accredited and identified service animals is allowed.

Are photo and video cameras permitted?

Access with personal photo or video equipment such as cell phones and non-professional cameras is allowed. Professional recording and photography equipment must be accredited as press for entry.

Is there free Wi-Fi access?

We do not have free Wi-Fi access; the Wi-Fi service belongs to Centro Citibanamex and can be hired with its additional services office.

Where can I eat?

We have various food and beverage options on site; including food trucks, a restaurant and fast food stations inside the exhibition floor.

Are there wheelchairs at the event venue?

The venue has wheelchairs; its availability is limited, so we recommend taking precautions.

Can I move around with a stroller or wheelchairs?

The venue has ramps, and elevators enabled and giving access to the exhibition floor.

There are daycare and cloakroom services?

We do not have childcare services. The cloakroom service is available in the lobby, out of the exhibition floor.

How can I book a hotel, flight or car transfer?

Is there medical service at the venue?
