The familiarization trips at IBTM Americas are offered to the meetings and event planners that will be taking part in the Hosted Buyer Program in order for them to experience a destination suitable for events.

IBTM Americas is not responsible for the FAM Trips organization; therefore, the fam trip organizer will be responsible for the Hosted Buyer selection according to the profiles that they are looking for, as well as the logistics of the tour.
